How long will delivery take?
We pack your orders as soon as possible and delivery is within 3-7 days. During peak seasons of November and December, your package may experience delays, and be delivered later than the estimated time.
If you haven’t received your parcel within the delivery time advertised, please first check, you have provided us with the correct information. If the information is correct, contact our customer service department, no longer than 30 working days after the order was placed and we will help you.
How do you ship packages?
We carefully cover your fine art prints with recyclable tissue paper, eliminating the danger of any scratches or folds. Your order is placed into a robust 100% sustainably sourced recyclable cardboard envelope or tube.
We utilize different shipping partners, depending on the size of your order. Once you’ve added your products to your cart and proceeded to check out, you’ll be able to see which service your order will ship with.
How do I know my order went through?
You will receive an order confirmation at the email address you entered at checked out. If you have not received a confirmation shortly after an order. There may be an issue with your transaction. Contact us and we will sort it out.
I did not receive my order confirmation?
If you submitted an order with us, but did not receive an order confirmation. It is possible that your email was entered incorrectly. Get in touch with us to the following email hello@awizkoa.com, to see if we received an order in your name . We are happy to change the order email on file and send you the order confirmation.
In other cases the order may not have gone through. So just get in touch before placing a new order to avoid a duplicate order.
I need to make edits to my order or want to cancel my order. Is this possible?
If you need to amend your shipping address, make edits or cancel your order. Please contact us via info@theprintspace.co.uk.
We will try to accommodate the changes or cancellation to the best of our ability. Please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. After 24 hours we cannot guarantee change or cancellations.
If an item is not delivered because the buyer has an inaccurate shipping address, a full refund or placement order cannot be guaranteed.
We are unable to make modifications to your billing address or payment method.
Do you take custom orders?
I offer custom work on a case-by-case basis! The minimum order is £6,000. Send us an email at Commissions@awizkoa.com , and a contract agreement will be sent out to you regarding this.
Do you accept licensing deals?
Yes we are always open to accepting new and invigorating licensing partnerships, If you're interested in current or bespoke designs. Please contact us at Licensing@awizkoa.com
Using an artist’s image without permission is illegal copyright infringement.
Please note, we do not on any circumstances par take in deals related to profanity, racial, sexual, gender or religious discrimination.
How will I know when my parcel has arrived?
The first attempt is always home delivery, but if you are not home, the freight company will leave a note on your door, with further information.
How do I track my orders?
You can track your orders with the link sent in your email.
My tracking information is listed as 'Pre-transit' for a few days. Has my order been shipped yet?
If your order has been listed as ‘Pre-transit’ for three weeks, with no tracking updates, send us an email at info@theprintspace.co.uk and we can consider your order lost in transit and ship a replacement.
My tracking information says package is delivered, but I don't have it, what should I do?
If you don’t see your package at your address in 3 days after tracking was marked delivered. Please check to see whether your order was accepted or accidently delivered to your roommates or Neighbours. If this is not the case, we will happily send you out another order.
My Parcel is being returned to sender?
If your order is returned to sender due to incorrect shipping address, once we receive this package at our warehouse. We will contact you about sending it out to the correct address. And process a refund for you.
Where do we ship from?
As we are a British company and we ship from, the United Kingdom.
Do you ship to the Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey,Guernsey and Gibraltar?
Yes we do deliver to Shetlands, Isle of Man, Jersey, Guernsey and Gibraltar.
Do you offer refunds and exchanges?
Yes we offer refunds and exchanges.
Returns: There is a 14 day return policy for products purchased at www.awizkoa.com. Your package must be well-protected, and preferably in the original box. All products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered . Register your return via the link sent in your email , all further instructions will be detailed in the email you receive.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange a received product for something different, it is processed like a regular return. You send us the item back you don’t want and we will refund you. You can then proceed to place a new order with us.✓
What do I do if I received the wrong item or my order was damaged in transit?
If you received the wrong item or your order was damaged in shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement. Please reach out to us via the email that was provided when you made your purchase , and a replacement will be sent out to you. Please include a photo of the item you received and any damages to your order with your email.
Unfortunately we cannot cover replacements for items damaged or broken after delivery.
Do you split orders containing pre-order items?
All orders will be shipped out together once pre-order items are ready.
How long do you take to respond?
We respond within 24 hours.
How do I buy a gift card?
To buy a gift card, you select the amount you want, add the gift card to your shopping cart and complete your purchase. The gift card is sent digitally to your email address. Use this link to proceed. Gift Card
How do I give away a gift card?
The gift card will be delivered digitally via email. After that you choose whether you want to forward the code, or print the gift card and giveit to the recipient.
Where do I see the remaining gift card value?
You will be able to see the gift card value by adding the product to cart, and then entering your gift card code.

Are the Giclée paper made from sustainable material?
Our Giclée paper manufactures only use resources from sustainable forest management areas. This programme ensures the preservation and protection of biodiversity, the renewal of the forests habitats and decreasing of the impacts of exploitation of forest areas for future generations. The paper made at their mills is certified for the traceability of the wood fibres from an origin of non-threatened forests.
Are all Awizkoa services 100% carbon neutral?
Yes, all services at Awizkoa are 100% carbon neutral.
Are the packaging materials for the art print orders sustainable?
Yes, all the packaging used for customer orders are a mixture of sustainably sourced, recyclable or biodegradable.
