SHIPPING POLICY DOES NOT APPLY TO DIGITAL PRODUCTS
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3-7 days to process your order. Expect an email within 48 hours to let you know your order is on the way.
FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped within 3-7 days using UPS and USPS. Shipping rates are calculated based on package size, weight, and delivery address. By default, we use the service with the lowest rate.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We offer international shipping to the following countries:EU, Non EU, USA, Asia, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Africa, UK, Guernsey, Ireland, UAE
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Awizkoa LTD is not responsible for these charges if they are applied this is your responsibility as the customer.
REFUNDS,RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 21 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@awizkoa.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
